* Note: The shelf life of freeze-dried foods is estimates only and the actual shelf life of our products has not been tested. It is generally accepted that properly packaged foods using Mylar protective bags or pouches with an oxygen absorber will provide an estimated shelf life of 10-15 years or possibly longer so long as the packaging has not been damaged and stored in dry locations at about 50-70 degrees (F).
